Application for Membership

The Sedona Art Collective welcomes local artists from Sedona and the surrounding areas who feel aligned with our vision of building a stronger creative community through visibility, connection, and mutual support.

This application helps us learn more about you, your work, and your artistic path. We welcome artists across many modalities, including visual artists, potters, musicians, dance artists, poets, jewelry makers, photographers, and multidisciplinary creators.

Please complete the form as thoroughly as possible. This is a thoughtful review process, and your responses help us better understand your work and your connection to the Sedona arts community.
